April 2025. I co-founded Code1o1 with Aditya Vaishnav and took it from zero to 14 paying clients and about ₹2.6L in revenue, without spending on ads.
About 2,500 cold calls: for college events, at a Jaguar Land Rover showroom, for Code1o1. At Code1o1, about 1% of calls became clients. Every home visit did. Trust converts. Reach doesn't.
It started in 2023, volunteering with Spark-A-Change, teaching English and maths to underprivileged kids. Two years later, that is why I started Code1o1. Since then: 16 students, Grade 5 to college, about 400 hours, and I still teach 1:1 every week.
I priced 11 courses for parents deciding whether coding classes were worth paying for at all. Revenue came to about ₹18,600 per client, about ₹650 for every hour taught.
I like questions that end in a number someone can act on: which company is the safer ESG bet, what drives a transfer fee, where the ball is in a broadcast frame.

Code1o1: a coding academy from zero

Aur Sunao: the ₹499 plan that lost money
Found that a peer-listening app's flagship plan cost ₹761 to deliver at a ₹499 price, and redesigned it to earn ₹154 per subscriber.
Tata Motors: two fixes worth ₹70–120 Cr a year
How Tata Motors nearly tripled its market share through segmentation, and three fixes for its weak spot, after-sales service. The two sized fixes are worth an estimated ₹70–120 Cr a year.
Adani vs Reliance: an ESG scorecard
Reliance edges Adani 5–3 on a 10-metric ESG scorecard, with 2 even; the deciding factors were net-zero timing, safety and CSR scale.
GetawayGuru: last-minute getaways
A 91-person survey showed a cash-refund policy would subsidise deal-hoppers, so the plan offers free rebooking instead.
